Last month after hearing the terrible news of Madeline McCann's abduction from a hotel in Portugal I wanted to do something about it. After helping raise awareness in the UK of her disapearence and constantly praying for her safe return I thought that I could do something much better and not just for Maddy, but for all the missing children in the UK today.

I set up the 'Lost Children UK' charity.

Our online based charity helps raise funds for media awareness for the missing children such as posters, email blogs, forum posts, emails, television broadcasts etc. We also dontate funds to other charity's such as NSPCC and Aid's International to help children who really need the help. Our final donations go to the families of the missing children to help pay the bills etc when they are off work for obvious reasons. This helps them to concentrate on finding their loved one/s.

But to do this we ourselves need donations.

And this is where you come in.

Hundreds of children are either missing or abused every day in the UK and with your help, 'Lost Children UK' can start to combat this awful situation.
